  • TCP is present in main Jet Oils used (MJOII, Eastman…). TiPPP is present in Turbonycoil 600. Exposure assessment: Hair analysis, conventional blood analysis, dried blood analysis, silicone wristbands. Exposure assessment with silicone wristbands is new. Need to organize a field campaign with 1000 environmental samples for statistical robustness. Seek fundings for initial campaign and support of all concerned: Flight crews, unions, airline companies. Silicone wristband would enable affordable constant cabin air monitoring that could be completed by biomonitoring in case of fume event.
