Die Erfindung betrifft Verbindungen der Formel (I):die die als Inhibitoren der Desoxyhypusin-Synthase geeignet sind. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen, die die Verbindungen enthalten, die Verbindungen und Zusammensetzungen zur Verwendung als Medikamente zur Behandlung von Krankheiten wie viralen Krankheiten, proliferativen Krankheiten, neurodegenerativen Krankheiten, Diabetes und Malaria sowie die Verwendung der Verbindungen als Pflanzenschutzmittel.
Disubstituted heteroaryl compound (I) is new. Disubstituted heteroaryl compound of formula (I) and their salt, solvate or prodrug is new. A, B : -C(=X)-NR3aR3b, -NR5-C (=X)-NR3aR3b (both preferred) or -NR3aR3b; Q : disubstituted aryl or heteroaryl (which is optionally substituted by substituents R10); R1a, R1b, R2a, R2b : H, halo, alkyl, cycloalkyl, haloalkyl, CN, OH, alkoxy, or haloalkoxy; R3a, R3b : alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heterocyclyl, heterocyclylalkyl, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl (all optionally substituted by one or more moieties consisting of H, halo, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, haloalkyl, CN, OH, alkoxy, or haloalkoxy) or H; R4, R5 : H, alkyl or cycloalkyl; R10 : halo, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, haloalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heterocyclyl, heterocyclylalkyl, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, CN, OH, alkoxy, haloalkoxy or NR3aR3b (all optionally substituted by one or more moieties consisting of halo, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, haloalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heterocyclyl, heterocyclylalkyl, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, CN, OH, alkoxy, haloalkoxy or NR3aR3b); X : O, S, or NR4; and m, n : 1-5.
