  • A theoretical analysis of the deformation of interference fringes in a study of magnetic properties of small ferromagnetic particles by electron holography is presented. Practical applications including the determination of the saturation magnetization, the coercivity, the Curie temperature, and the domain structure of small magnetic particles are discussed. © Springer-Verlag 1997.
