The array of wide-angle Cherenkov detectors, HiSCORE, which is presently under constructionin the Siberian Tunka valley, is going to be complemented by a network of Imaging Atmospheric Cherenkov Telescopes (Tunka-IACT). Together they will form the TAIGA GammaRay Observatory. The hybrid operation of HiSCORE and Tunka-IACT considerably lowers theenergy threshold of HiSCORE. In this article, we describe the IACT design and the camerameasuring system which is based on the read-out chip (ASIC) MAROC3. We present anddiscuss first test results of the detection channels.
