  • The uploaded files contain all relevant files to reconstruct the analysis in the paper "Valuable visual variety: How temporal dynamics of visual features in video ads affect ad effectiveness". This inclused:

    - Raw video data used to compute visual variety scores and other metrics for empirical analysis

    - CSV files with computed data for each video - used to conduct empirical analysis

    - R Code to conduct the regression and mediation analysis from the paper 

    - The latest version of the paper as included in the dissertation 

     

    Access to a GitHub with all code for running the visual variety analysis on a video can be requested from Leonard Kinzinger (leonard.kinzinger@tum.de) who might or might not grant access.
