The objective of this report is to provide concrete proposals for the target audience on possible approaches and models for enhanced cooperation among Western Balkans national CSIRTs based on the following research questions: What successful cooperation networks exist? Which of those are relevant for national CERTs from Western Balkan economies? What successful approaches and best practices exist to evaluate and plan for the improving of maturity, including the appropriate capacities and capabilities?
