Im vorliegenden Aufsatz wird auf Basis der gegenwärtig bedeutsamen Orientierungen pädagogischen Handelns ein Entwicklungsmodell pädagogischer Professionalisierung dargelegt und aus der Perspektive der Introvision gefüllt. Im Anschluss daran wird auf Basis dieser theoretisch hergeleiteten Wirksamkeit der Introvision für die Professionsförderung von PädagogInnen ein studiumsintegriertes Modul zum Erwerb von Introvisionsberatungskompetenz vorgestellt. Es werden einige Ergebnisse dessen Erstanwendung an der Universität Hamburg dargestellt. Mit der Untersuchung konnte belegt werden, dass das Modul die Entwicklung von Selbstreflexions- und Selbstregulationskompetenz ebenso fördert wie die Entwicklung von Methoden- und Beratungskompetenz. Zugleich wurde eine Entwicklungsdynamik der Teilnehmenden ersichtlich, die Hinweise auf zukünftige Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten eines solchen Moduls gibt.
This article develops, a model of pedagogical professionalization based on the Introvision method.
This model was realized and tested at the School of Education, University of Hamburg, as an Introvision-Counseling module (5 courses within a period of 18 Months).
The course assessment results, measured with different questionnaires confirm the hypothesis that the Introvision-Counseling module develops the ability of self-reflection, self-regulation, social interaction and counseling. Furthermore, the learning dynamics of the course attendees lead to the creation of two different new course designs: one short course directly teaching Introvision and another more complex one focusing on Introvision-counseling competence.
