But what are the trends and tendencies in international, regional and national strategies for lifelong learning: do we see convergence or divergence? What are the global challenges of lifelong learning and how do they affect the individual learner? This UIL Public Lecture will offer a platform to hear renowned experts on these issues and to engage in a discussion with policy-makers and practitioners alike.
