In der Emulsionspolymerisation können Polymernanopartikel im Batch-Verfahren, Semibatch-Verfahren oder durch kontinuierliche Emulsionspolymerisation hergestellt werden. Die Polymernanopartikel wurden mit den Monomeren Styrol und Acrylsäure sowie Butylacrylat und Methylmethacrylat hergestellt. Das Hauptaugenmerk dieser Dissertation ist auf der kontinuierlichen Emulsionspolymerisation gerichtet, beschäftigt sich jedoch auch mit der Emulsionspolymerisation der Monomere Styrol und Acrylsäure im Batch-Verfahren und der Emulsionspolymerisation der Monomere Butylacrylat und Methylmethacrylat im semibatch-Verfahren.
In the emulsion polymerization could be created polymer nanoparticles in batch-procedure, semibatch-procedure or by continuous emulsion polymerization. The polymer particles where create with styrene and acrylic acid and also with butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate. The main focus of this dissertation is on continuous emulsion polymerization, but is also concerned with the emulsion polymerization of the monomers styrene and acrylic acid in the batch procedure and the emulsion polymerization of the monomers buytl acrylate and methyl methacrylate in semibatch-procedure.
