The invention relates to a composition having the general structure (formula), wherein R1 is a hydrophobic group, R2 is hydrogen (H), a cation or an alkyl ester, R3 is hydrogen (H) or a group that can be converted into the hydroxy group under physiological conditions, R4 is a hydrophobic group, R5 is hydrogen (H) or an alkyl group, an amino acid residue or a peptidyl residue, R6 is hydrogen (H), a cation, a hydrolyzable group, an amino acid residue, or a peptide group, and X is an oxygen atom (O) or an NH group. The invention further relates to a method for producing said composition.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verbindung als Inhibitor des Myelin assoziierten Glyhoproteins (MAG) mit der allgemeinen Struktur wobei R1 ein hydrophober Rest ist; R2 Wasserstoff (H), ein Kation oder ein Alkylester ist; R3 Wasserstoff (H) oder eine Gruppe ist, die unter physiologischen Bedingungen in die Hydroxygruppe überführbar ist; R4 ein hydrophober Rest ist; R5 Wasserstoff (H) oder ein Alkylrest, ein Aminosäurerest oder ein Peptidylrest ist; R6 Wasserstoff (H), ein Kation, ein hydrolysierbarer Rest, ein Aminosäurerest oder ein Peptidrest ist; und X ein Sauerstoffatom (0) oder eine NH-Gruppe ist. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Verbindung.
