  • This repository contains code and documentation of the Sign Language Interchange Format (SLIF).
    It accompanies the review copy of the conference submission "The Sign Language Interchange Format: Harmonising Sign Language Datasets for Computational Processing".

    Main files are:
    - schema.md: SLIF Schema documentation
    - dgs2slif.py: Converter from Public DGS Corpus to SLIF
    - bsl2slif.py: Converter from BSL Corpus to SLIF
    - slif2easiernotation.py: Converter from SLIF to EASIER Notation
    - compute_synchronicity.py: Automatically compute how tags and translations overlap in time.
