  • Robot feedback should inform users about its understanding of the user’s actions, but also on its capabilities, and guide them into appropriate behaviors towards the robot. Feedback should therefore be contingent and project a coherent mental model of the robot’s capabilities. Furthermore, robot feedback should be designed to manage common ground implicitly.
