Beschreibung:
  • As Augmented Reality (AR) technologies continue to mature, they are becoming increasingly relevant for use in organizations as a driver for innovation. However, the application of AR remains limited. This dissertation explores the design of AR for service systems and provides valuable insights into overcoming barriers and challenges. The findings provide comprehensive design knowledge that guides the effective use of AR and enables organizations to systematically and efficiently exploit its potential.
