  • Repository for the article ‘Distortion through conservation :
    Variation in XRF data due to chemical alterations from old and new conservation methods on bronze objects.’

    This repository contains the complete measurement data (p-XRF, LIBS, microscopy, 3D profiles) and processed correction data of the hoard finds Fahrdorf, Kr. Schleswig-Flensburg, LA 105 and Schellhorn (Scharsdorf), Kr. Plön, LA 37.

    The data was collected in 2023 and 2024 as part of my master's thesis ‘Traces of craftsmanship in metal -
    X-ray fluorescence-based analysis of the two Bronze Age hoard inventories from Schellhorn and Fahrdorf (Schleswig-Holstein).’ at the Schleswig-Holstein State Museum of Archaeology Schloss Gottorf.

    The article was conceived on the basis of the conference presentation and feedback at the ‘Conference Methodological Innovations in P-XRF-Studies (MeIn pXRF)’ 2024 in Vienna.
