Das Basalzelladenom und Basalzelladenokarzinom sind histologisch nahezu identische und sehr seltene Speicheldrüsentumoren. Über Klinische Päsentation, Verlauf und Therapie liegen im internationalen Schrifttum sehr wenig Daten vor. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden diese beiden Tumorentitäten (49 Basalzelladenokarzinome und 175 Basalzelladenome) retrospektiv anhand der im Speicheldrüsenregister Hamburg verfügbaren Daten und mit Hilfe von Fragebögen aufgarbeitet, es wurde der klinische Verlauf in Abhängigkeit von der angewandten Therapie analysiert und schlußendlich stadienspezifische Therapieempfehlungen ausgesprochen.
Basalcell adenoma and basalcell adenocarcinoma are rare and hisologically almost identically found salivary gland tumors. Little information regarding clinical presentation, course and therapeutical regimes can be found in international literature. In this study ,both tumorentities (49 cases of basalcell adenocarcinoma and 175 cases of basalcell adenoma) were retrospectively analysed, according to the listings and present data of the Speicheldrüsenregister Hamburg ( salivary gland tumor register, Hamburg)and especially designed standadized questionaires. The clinical course was analyzed and tumor-state-specific therapeutic recommendations outspoken.
