A chevron-like configuration of ferroelastic domain structure was observed in rhombohedral ZrO₂:Sc₂O₃ (10 mol%) and orthorhombic La_0.95Sr_0.05Ga_0.9Mg_0.1O_3-δ crystals using the Laue method. In the first case it was formed by the intersection of W-type domain walls (100)_c, (001)_c and (101)_c. In the second case it was formed by the intersection of W-type domain walls (01)_o, (21)_o and (21)_o. (© 2009 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
