Die pädiatrische Lebertransplanation hat sich zu einem Routineverfahren für Kinder mit lebensbedrohlichen Lebererkrankungen entwickelt. Nachdem die postoperative Morbidität durch innovative chirurgische Techniken in den Hintergrund getreten ist, wurde die postoperative Morbidität mit dem Augenmerk auf biliäre Komplikationen in den Fokus gerückt. Für deren Enstehung konnten eine verlängerte KIZ sowie hepatische Thrombosen als Risikofaktoren herausgearbeitet werden. Alle LTX Techniken sind in Hamburg gleichermaßen etabliert. Es zeigt sich übner den Betrachtungszeitraum von 8 Jahren eine positive Entwicklung der pädiatrischen Lebertransplantation.
The pediatric Livertransplantation has become a routine procedure for children with end stage liver disease. After the postoperative morbidity is relegated to the background by means of innovative surgical techniques, postoperative morbidity with the attention to biliary complications was brought into focus. For their origination prolonged KIZ and hepatic thrombosis could be worked out as risk factors. All LTX techniques are well established in Hamburg alike. It shows over the observation period of 8 years, a positive development of pediatric liver transplantation.
