Health in Coaching

Health is highly relevant in the coaching process. Occupational and health psychological models provide insights into the health-relevant factors that are important in coaching, including environmental and personal demands and resources. In addition, these models indicate the importance of considering the availability and activation of resources and individuals’ vulnerability and options for action. This knowledge should be used to develop coaching interventions that contribute to improving health.
