DNA APTAMER WHICH BINDS Α6 INTEGRIN,α6-INTEGRIN BINDENDES DNA-APTAMER

Die Erfindung betrifft ein DNA-Aptamer, das α6-Integrin spezifisch bindet. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, Mittel bereit zu stellen,mit deren Hilfe beispielsweise eine Krebserkrankung vorteilhaft behandelt, insbesondere das Tumorzellwachstum und/oder die Metastasierung vermindert werden kann. Hierzu stellt die Erfindung in einem Aspekt ein DNA- Aptamer bereit, das ein α6-Integrin spezifisch bindet und a) eine Sequenz mit den Nukleotiden 22-57 gemäß SEQ ID NO: 1, oder b) eine Sequenz mit mindestens 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 oder 36 aufeinander folgenden Nukleotiden der Nukleotide 22-57 gemäß SEQ ID NO: 1, oder c) eine Sequenzmit mindestens 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%, 96%, 97%, 98%, 99% oder 99,5% Identität zu einer Sequenz mit den Nukleotiden 22-57 gemäß SEQ ID NO: 1, oder d) eine Sequenz gemäß a), b) oder c) mit mindestens einem modifizierten Nukleotid umfasst.
