Project: coastDat Storm Tides (German Coast) - The idea of coastDat (coastdat.de) is to use numerical model-systems to simulate the meteo-marine environment in data sparse regions. For example, the design water level of coastal protection is based, among others, on past observations from gauges. For historical severe storm tides ensemble calculations are done.
