Das CORRECT!V-Bookzine des Jahres 2018 ist in Kooperation mit Studierenden des Studiengangs Illustration an der HAW Hamburg entstanden. Als Kooperation zwischen dem Recherche-Büro CORRECT!V und dem Studienschwerpunkt Informative Illustration wurden die journalistischen Möglichkeiten der Illustration ausgelotet. Das Boookzine dokumentiert die gemeinsam entwickelten Arbeiten des visuellen Journalismus, die auf den von der CORRECT!V-Redaktion recherchierten Themen basieren. Die Studierenden haben ihre im Kurs entwickelten Konzepte vorgeschlagen, mit Autorinnen und Autoren und dem Chef vom Dienst, Bastian Schlange, abgesprochen und bis zur Druckreife entwickelt. Dabei sind graphische Reportagen, Infografiken und Illustrationsreihen zu journalistischen Texten entstanden. Text-Bild-Beziehungen wurden neu gedacht und die Rolle der Illustraton als Träger von journalistischen Informationen reflektiert. Das Buch ist durchgängig von den Studierenden der Informativen Illustration illustriert.
The CORRECT!V bookzine of the year 2018 was created in cooperation with students of the Illustration course at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. As a Cooperation between the research office CORRECT!V and the study focus Informative Illustration, the journalistic possibilities of illustration were explored. The Boookzine documents the jointly developed works of visual journalism based on topics researched by the CORRECT!V editorial team. The students proposed their concepts developed in the course, discussed them with authors and the chief of staff, Bastian Schlange, and developed them until they were ready for print. Graphic reports, infographics and illustration series for journalistic texts were created. Text-image relationships were rethought and the role of illustration as a carrier of journalistic information was reflected upon. The book is illustrated throughout by students of Informative Illustration.
