Is acidification of common estuarine macroinvertebrates in stable isotope approaches necessary to analyze aquatic food webs?

This dataset contains information on stable isotopes (SI) (δ¹³C and δ¹⁵N) of Gammarus spp., Mesopodopsis slabberi, Neomysis integer and Palaemon longirostris from the Elbe estuary as well as a test series to verify that the different encapsulation materials have no effect on the SI.
