Diskurse zur Anerkennung ausländischer Bildungsabschlüsse

In this corpus, multilingual action within the interaction of employees of the „Zentrale Anlaufstelle Anerkennung“ [„Central access point for recognition“] (ZAA) of the "Diakonie Hamburg" and migrants are being shown. Purpose of these meetings is the preparation for the establishment of a (prospective) sphere of action by the mediation of an action plan with regard to the recognition process of professional qualifications that have been acquired overseas. Due to its interim position between its clients on the one and the responsible (and deciding) authorities on the other side, the ZAA functions as a supportive entity for the purposes of a collective, gradual application for the preparation of the recognition process.
